Springfield Lakes Hawks Rugby Union Club was established in 2008. Our boutique home was held at Summit Drive and from 2024 we have moved to Silver Jubilee Park in Spring Mountain . We field teams in the Queensland Suburban Rugby Union competition, and also have a strong presence in the Brisbane Junior Rugby Union competition.

The Hawks are a family based club diverse in culture, background, and experience. Our goal is to develop, support, play and promote the game of rugby in a way that is representative of our culture and families. We assist our players to achieve their potential both on and off the field and we strive to teach the values and traditions of rugby in a positive, inclusive environment. 2023 has seen a re-branding of our club and committee, dedicated to past and present club members, sponsors and the success of the ‘Hawks’.

Whether you want to compete at the highest level, or just play some social rugby we have a team for you. We have members from across the globe, so enjoying life off the field is just as important as winning on it. From team bonding sessions, rugby games, and formal presentation evenings you are sure to have a full social calendar at Springfield Lakes Hawks.
