Springfield 7s – Team and Player Registrations Now Open

Springfield Lakes Hawks are proud to launch the first-ever Springfield Sevens, a junior rugby 7s tournament taking place at Silver Jubilee Park, Spring Mountain on October 4 – 5, 2025.

This is a milestone event for our club, bringing teams and families from across Brisbane and beyond to Springfield for two huge days of rugby action.

Event Details

  • Date: Saturday 4 & Sunday 5 October 2025
  • Venue: Silver Jubilee Park, Spring Mountain
  • Divisions:
    • U10 Mixed
    • U11 Mixed
    • U12 Boys
    • U13 Girls
    • U15 Girls
  • Capacity: 8 teams per division (limited spots available)

Registration Information

  • Team entry is free
  • Player fee: $30 each (maximum 12 players per team)
  • Registrations close 22 September 2025, or earlier if divisions fill

All registrations are completed through Rugby Xplorer: https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/register

How to Register a Team

  1. Log in to Rugby Xplorer
  2. Under Rugby Events, select Register a Team)
  3. Search Springfield and select the correct division (U10–U15)
  4. Complete team details (team name, club, contact details)
  5. Confirm the registration summary (team entry is shown as $0.00)
  6. Accept the National Terms and Conditions and submit

How to Register a Player to a Team

  1. Log in to Rugby Xplorer
  2. Under Rugby Events, select Find a Team
  3. Choose the player you are registering from your linked family accounts
  4. Search and select your team (e.g. Springfield Hawks 7s U11)
  5. Select Player as the registration type
  6. Confirm the registration summary:
    • Registration fee: $30
    • Insurance & Rugby levies applied
    • Total: approx. $42.84 per player (including levies and fees)
  8. Accept the National Terms and Conditions and submit
